4/3/14 It's Chick-fil-A!! They can do no wrong in my eyes! Lol! I use to work at Chick-fil-A in high school and still to this day I love their food and have never gotten tired of it! The drive thru staff is always so friendly, quick, and efficient! Even on the busiest of hours they make things flow quickly! I have never had a bad experience at any one that I have been to around the state and in the country in general. It never fails that some days that I want Chick-fil-A is on a Sunday and they are closed, but this was an awesome thing when I was in high school and gave me a known day off and I could go to church with my family! Chick-fil-A ROCKS!!!

I really like this location. The staff is nice and friendly. This store is always busy but they do a great job of executing so you do not wait too long for your order. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Also the have employees walking to each table asking how everything is and seeing if they can get you a refill or if you are done so they can clear your tray. 5 stars they deserve it. This restaurant is ran very well and I come here whenever I get the chance.

The employees are always courteous outside of an occasional ditzy teenager. The only fast food we eat around here and it will stay that way regardless of line length.

Horrible service and a absolute disgrace to the chickfila brand. Paul Xiong is the owner and he not only was unhelpful but argued with me over cheese being melted. My order was wrong and I simply wanted what I paid for. The manager grabbed the sandwich and slapped cold cheese on it. He threw my sandwich at me and walked away. I asked again for the correct order and wanted a new hot sandwich. Mr. Xiong refused to apologize for his erratic behavior and proceeded to get even louder when i asked him for corporates number.The health inspector should check on this location. Taking food that has been opened by a customer should never be taken back to food prep. I will never go back to this location and I warn all future customers that want a hot uncomplicated breakfast to go elsewhere.

This is the only fast food spot I'm willing to hit up in the Owings Mills area. Food is always hot, and the service is great. I think most of the employees there are college students at Stevenson University, who are always courteous. The only downside to this place is it's always busy as hell! The weekends are Ridicules here! But I'd rather have a busy establishment with fresh food being made, than a slow spot with cold old food.

The mini sliders for breakfast were okay and the bread was soft, but not worth it. And where else is it okay to have chicken for breakfast? Great idea for chicken lovers!! The shakes here are hand blended and positively sinful!. Try the chocolate peppermint shake!. Yum!. The managers here are very friendly. They also serve breakfast but I prefer lunch here.

I'm not sure how Chick-Fil-A manages to always have friendly service or move their busy lunch rush so quickly, but they do it without fail. Show up when it's busy or when it is slow and get the best chicken sandwich and waffle fries in the fast food world.
